This notice explains how this website handles enquiries, concierge messages and site measurement. Guesty provides separate privacy information for its booking service.

Our date-request and group-enquiry forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, guest count, trip dates, occasion and message. If you build or share an itinerary, the form may also include that itinerary and its share link. These details are submitted as an enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not hold dates or complete a reservation.
Juniper concierge messages
Text you enter in the Juniper concierge is sent to Lovable’s AI service, which uses a Google Gemini model, to generate a response. Concierge messages are not added to enquiry submissions. Do not enter payment details or other sensitive information in chat. Concierge answers are planning assistance, not confirmed rates, availability or booking terms.
Site measurement
The site uses Google Tag Manager to deliver Google Analytics measurement. The website sends page and interaction information such as property views, date-check clicks, enquiry submissions and counts of concierge interactions. The site’s analytics events do not include enquiry-form fields, chat text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, trip dates, street addresses or booking URLs. Google’s tools may use browser storage when their tags run.
Services involved
Lovable Cloud stores enquiry submissions and supports website operation. Lovable’s AI service and Google Gemini process concierge messages. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics provide site measurement. Guesty hosts the separate booking page and handles information you enter there. Links to YouTube, Instagram and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
