Meander along an easy trail to discover the trees in the park and the stories they tell. Meet at the Apgar Visitor Center flagpole, 1 hour, easy 1-mile (3.2 km) walk. Wheelchair accessible.
Park programming is seasonal and weather dependent. A park entrance fee applies; some programs require reservations.
Stay on the west shore.
The Evergreen is in Somers, Montana, on the west side of Flathead Lake, with sleeping arrangements for 18–20 and maximum overnight occupancy 10 — hot tub, barrel sauna, speakeasy and game room. Drive times vary by venue: Kalispell and Bigfork are close by, while Glacier National Park entrances are a longer drive, and Many Glacier on the park’s east side is several hours away.
